  • On July 16-27, 2012, Cornell University, organized a media production training for e-content development for Indian faculty from Banaras Hindu University and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology. This training workshop on e-learning and media production methodologies, conducted at Emerson Hall, Bradfield, at Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) is another step taken towards building capacity for agricultural specialists who require adoption of modern teaching approaches and technologies.

  • In May 2012, AIP launched its Technology Dissemination and Income Improvement Activities (TDIIA). TDIIA organizes various extension activities in collaboration with Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) and Tata Chemicals Limited (TCL) with the goal of improving the income and livelihood of farmers and small-scale entrepreneurs and enhancing the low yield of seasonal crops in various districts of Uttar Pradesh.
