A two- day long collaborative workshop on improving library systems & management and e- learning was conducted by Agricultural Innovation Partnership (AIP) at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi on 5th and 6th February, 2014. The workshop was attended by senior librarians from ten agricultural universities and senior faculty members from Banaras Hindu University, Cornell University and Sathguru Management Consultants Pvt Ltd. The focus of the workshop was primarily on research support services that an agriculture and life sciences library might offer, including research data management, utilization of GIS data and technologies, and citation management, information literacy & E-resources.
